Last night in our community meeting the idea was brought forward for a clothing swap. I am willing to organize a Saturday in February at the school to swap clothing if parents are interested.

There would be no money exchange, simply community helping community <3

I’ve recently done some in-depth learning around circadian health through participating in the CRD Challenge. It is something you can do/join/learn at anytime and is completely free. The creators of this program will be sharing specific information for parents around how to reset your child’s circadian rhythm to optimize health, tomorrow.

Since I’ve personally noticed improvements in digestion, sleep & inflammation from small (and primarily free) changes, I thought I’d share with the community.

I am needed out of town tomorrow, so I will be stepping away from the program for the day.

Courtney will be running the outdoor program on Thursday (tomorrow). None of our supply teachers could make it in to provide support unfortunately.

Many of the parents in our community know that we have been on the hunt for a new home since our current rental went up for sale in Dorchester.

Well, this coming November 29th, 2024, it will be official that we will be relocating just across the river from where we live now!!

We are very excited to move into our acre on the Thames River and I am looking very forward to opening up a physical space for my second business....I haven't had a physical business space since 2020.

We will be having a house warming party on December 14th or 15th and everyone in our community is welcome to stop in and wish us well in our new digs!!

We are looking to repurpose the chopped down spruce trunk in the parking lot, as stump stools in our backyard.

If you are willing and able to cut and lug tree trunk, please let us know. 😀
